Francie Bergman

Senior Stylist

Francie has been a stylist for over 24 years serving the Overland Park area for the last 18. She specializes in cutting and styling fine hair and enjoys customizing creative color for each client. Francie has continued her education with classes all over the US, most recently attending an intensive 3 day class at Bumble and Bumble Academy in New York City and training with Mathew Williams at the Mop Academy in Palm Springs, California.

Christa Byers

Senior Stylist

Christa has been with Rumors Salon since 2003. She routinely works with clients to accommodate their need through her color and cutting techniques and especially enjoys adding highlights to liven up a hair style. Christa loves to keep up with all the current styles with continuing education and especially enjoys creating short, trendy cuts. Christa's expansive training has come from Las Vegas, Baltimore, and Orange County as well as the Mop Academy in Chicago. Christa is confident she will find a style that works for you!

Colleen Quick

Senior Stylist and Great Lengths Specialist

Colleen has been a hairstylist for 8 years and is passionate about creating individual styles for her clients. She is a certified Great Lengths Extentionist using the Ultrasonic cold fusion application. Colleen stays up on current trends by attending continuing education classes across the country including New York City, Los Angeles and Baltimore. She loves working with different color and cutting techniques for all hair types and is committed to achieving the perfect style for her clients. Colleen also enjoys working with the bride-to-be and her wedding party to create the perfect wedding day hair.

Whitney Helsdon

Senior Stylist

Whitney enjoys working with all hair types, specializing in color and highlights. She loves the client-to-stylist relationship and takes the time to personalize each client's unique style and color services. Whitney works with each client to find the best products and techniques for the best results for maintaining the style at home. Whitney is nationally educated and has traveled throughout the U.S., as well as attending several local continuing education classes including Goldwell, Bumble and Bumble, Paul Mitchell, and American Crew.

Corey Rhea

Senior Stylist

Corey has been a hairstylist since 2003. She specializes in color and highlights on all hair types. Corey is a master at cutting and styling long hair and all variations of the classic bob. As part of her education, Corey has attended the Redken Exchange in New York City, where she personally interacted with 3 of the top 10 Redken artists, as well as several extensive classes in the area. She has had extensive education classes in the area of color, cutting and styling with American Crew, Paul Mitchell, Bumble and Bumble, Kerastase and Kuene. Corey is devoted to continuing her education in order to provide her clients with the most current coloring techniques and cutting trends.

James Manley

Senior Stylist

James is a graduate of Ohio State University College of Barbering and Beauty. He is a well known master stylist, color specialist, platform artist, communicator and educator. James has achieved the award of "Stylist of the Year" status on many occasions for his advanced work in precision cutting techniques. His knowledge in the hair a beauty industry has been and continues to be advanced through association and work with many well known organization and priducts like: Kuene Color, Paul Mitchell, and Sassoon. James thrives on the challenge of crafting the perfect style with every client, complimented with exciting color designs.

James's hours are:

Linsday Deason

Stylist

Lindsay enjoys working with all hair types, specializing in color and highlights. She takes time to customize the perfect cut and color for each individual client. Lindsay has attended numerous continuing education classes including Kuene, Paul Mitchell, Kevin Murphy, Schwarzkopf, KMS, and Goldwell with platform educator Derrick Zeno. Lindsay traveled to Valencia, Spain to further training in color and cutting with Goldwell leading educators. In the summer of 2009, Lindsay completed the Complete Cutting Fusion in Santa Monica, CA, as well as in 2010, to Atlanta, GA for coloring and cutting with Kuene. Lindsay loves doing event styles and updo's and is dedicated to learning current trends and new techniques in the industry.

Rachel Chase

Stylist

Rachel has been with Rumos Salon since 2007 after graduating from Johnson County Cosmetology. Her goal is to give each client the best look for their lifestyle, face shape, skin tone, and hair type. Rachel's extensive training with Goldwell and Kuene has given her the tools and skills to make anyone look their absolute best. She specializes in long, thick and fine hair. She loves being creative with color and highlights, and focuses on a natural look. Rachel educates her clients on the best products and styling skills so they can maintain their style at home.

Kailee Parnell

Stylist

After graduating from the Paul Mitchell Academy, Kailee spent a year assisting under a platform artist. Kailee continues her education and training with classes from Bumble and Bumble, Schwarzkopf, Keune and Goldwell. This intensive training provides kailee with the latest knowledge of trends, color, and technique and cutting edge styles. Her attention to detail makes her expert color and highlights specialties that she has become known for, especially her perfection of blonde highlights. Whether giving long hair gorgeous layers, funky short cuts or the ever-changing bob (her favorite), kailee enjoys working with clients to create the look they desire.

Jennifer Weber

Esthetician

Jennifer graduated from the Johnson County Community College Esthetics Program and has been a practicing esthetician for over 9 years. She has won several national awards and has excelled to become ranked as the second best esthetician in the nation. Jennifer offers the experience and the proffesionalism necessary for bikini and brazilian waxing as well as facial waxing and all of your other waxing needs.
